1. Digital Products & NFTs

   • All sales of digital products and NFTs are final and non-refundable.

   • Once delivered, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Printed & Custom-Made Products

   • Printed books, giclée prints, and other custom-made products are non-refundable, unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or printing flaw.

   • If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Shipping Costs

   • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

3. 运费说明

   • 运费 不予退还。除产品确有瑕疵外，退货产生的运费由顾客自行承担。
