Shipping Policy（配送政策）

At ArtBeyond iCultures, we provide shipping for our printed and custom-made products. Please review our shipping terms before placing an order.

1. Digital Products & NFTs

   • Digital products and NFTs are delivered electronically.

   • No physical shipping applies. Delivery is considered complete once the digital file or NFT has been transferred.

2. Printed & Custom-Made Products

   • Orders for books, giclée prints, and other physical items are processed and shipped directly from our printing and production partners.

   • Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

   • International shipping is available. Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Costs

   • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

   • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

   • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

   • 图书、艺术微喷及其他实物商品由我们的印刷及生产合作伙伴直接发货。

   • 生产周期通常为 7–14 个工作日，发货时间视您所在地区而定。

   • 我们支持国际运输。关税及进口税（如有）由顾客自行承担。

3. 运费说明

   • 运费将在结账时根据收货地址自动计算。

   • 顾客需确保填写的收货信息准确无误。因地址错误导致的延迟或遗失，我们概不负责。

4. 破损或瑕疵商品

   • 若您收到的商品存在破损或印刷瑕疵，请在 7 天内 联系我们，并提供照片。经核实后我们将安排换货或退款。
